We sponsored and supported a raw food/superfood night with David Wolfe at the Anjali Yoga studio that lasted until 1am....On a Tuesday night... I'd like to thank and honor my partners and fellow Elements for Life distributors with manifesting this amazing evening including Rebecca and Sean Stuchen, Concetta, Perry Englebert, and Dr. Ariel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_IFnS8uAX8Eo/ShgfisWfA1I/AAAAAAAAABI/gba281ZdxXo/s1600-h/Garrick+and+Reed.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_IFnS8uAX8Eo/ShgfisWfA1I/AAAAAAAAABI/gba281ZdxXo/s320/Garrick+and+Reed.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5339052039129203538" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doors opened at 6:30pm and the room quickly filled up with over 275 guests in no time.  We set up a superfood smoothie bar which included a serious chocolate smoothie with hemp seeds, cacao, maca, cinnamon, vanilla bean, revitaphi, and much more (recipe listed below).  Coconuts were also available which David took over the chopping , while at the same time was answering any question that came his way and signing books with his other hand.  We even had fresh mountain spring water available from Mt. Lemmon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was such a pleasure to see so many people turn out for this night! So many friends, loyal customers from the farmers markets, local warrior brothers, and synchronistic encounters.  I was pleasantly surprised to run into E'lena, a woman we met in Vilcabamba Ecuador back in February.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After getting fired up on smoothies, spring water and the energy of such a large group of high vibration guests, it was time for the lecture.  David spoke for over 4 hours! The audience was a diverse mix of superheros with various levels of nutritional knowledge and experience.  David handled this brilliantly and touch upon all ends of the spectrum. This dude really impresses me  with his dedication to helping people and really being a true representation optimal health and well being.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am in deep gratitude for being in service to help put on such a life enhancing event for all!  I hope to be able do more events like this in the future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here is the smoothie recipe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CHOCA-MACA-LONGEVITY&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;SUPER HERO SMOOTHIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fill pitcher 1/2 way with spring water and add:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hemp Milk Base&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup hemp seeds + 1 vanilla bean + dash of celtic sea salt&lt;br /&gt;(an option is to strain this more a thin nut milk)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Superfoods&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup cacao nibs&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of raw honey&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of maca&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of cacao powder&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of coconut oil&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons of Revitaphi www.noblelifelements.com/greenleaf&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon cordyceps mushroom www.noblelifelements.com/greenleaf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Fruit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 frozen organic bananas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fill rest of pitcher with water and some ice.
